Koala Models Agency, definitely NOT a scam.

Hello again everyone, after a zombie invasion of emails in my inbox 😉 I am almost obliged to create this post about your doubts and questions.

Some of you asked me about the post in which I spoke about Koala Models. Well, for those of you who don’t remember, here it is:

Apparently everything comes from the confusion when registering on their platform. There are two modalities, free and premium. In free mode you are only eligible for jobs paid under a 10% commission.

On the other hand, the company allows registration with certain premium services such as: sponsored promotional campaigns, websites with your own domain name to improve your image, SEO and legal management.

Does an agency ask for money?

The truth is that this depends a lot on the way you work and the services that the agency offers. It is not the same to enter an agency to work as a model and get some reservations than to get a total management with styling services, promotions, web pages, merchandising…

As far as I can tell, this agency is undergoing numerous attacks from the competition. For me it is not a scam, I have been able to speak personally with agency workers and they have explained to us the great pressure their agents are under.
